Welcome to Incorta
On behalf of the IT Team I would like to welcome you to Incorta. I know your first week at a new company can be a bit hectic. This document will help you get started with logging into your company email, calendar and our common business applications.
Your Microsoft account will be used to access the majority of our business application. Please check the personal email account you provided to our Peoples team during your hiring process. You should have received an activation email for your Microsoft account. Please follow the instructions in that email to activate your Microsoft Business account.
Microsoft My Apps
To help simplify the process of logging into our business applications, Incorta has configured Single Sign On (SSO) services for the majority of our applications and services. To view the applications assigned to you, go to https://myapps.microsoft.com
Once you have logged into your your Microsoft My Apps Dashboard. Please check you Google calendar for a IT Onboarding meeting invite with me or another member of the IT Team. You will be able to open your calendar by clicking the Google Calendar app
Google Gmail / Google Calendar
Incorta uses Google for our company email and calendars. You can open your company GMail account by clicking the Google Mail app in your Microsoft My Apps dashboard.

Teams (Video Conferencing and Chat)
For easy collaboration, Incorta uses Microsoft Teams for ourvideo conferencing services. You may access MS Team through My Apps or by installing the MS365 Office Suite from https://office.com
Confluence
Another collaboration tool widely used at Incorta is Confluence. Confluence is a great place to create documents or work instructions that you would like to share with the entire company or with a specific group of people. Confluence can be access using the Atlassian app in you Microsoft My Apps dashboard.
COMPLETE SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING: Incorta’s InfoSec Program requires all new hires and employees to complete Annual Security Awareness Training. New hires must complete this training within their first week of employment. Failure to complete the training may result in loss of access to Incorta’s business systems. Open InfoSec IQ from your My Apps dashboard and complete the training assigned to you.
If you need any additional assistance with onboarding or with any other IT related issues, please submit a ticket through our IT Support Management System (ITSM) Freshservice. You can access fresh service using one of the 3 methods listed below.
Through Microsoft My Apps: On your My Apps dashboard you will see an app for Freshservice. Click this to log into the Freshservice Support Portal.
Send an email: By simply sending an email to itsupport@incorta.com a support ticket will be created for you using subject line and text in the body of the email.
